4. Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ('Terms') govern your access to and use of the Korvane website and the purchase of products from us. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.

4.1 Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to place an order on Korvane. By using our platform, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years or older and legally capable of entering into a binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872.

4.2 Products and Pricing

  • All product descriptions, images, and specifications are provided in good faith. Minor variations in colour, texture, or print placement may occur for printed products (deskmats, mousepads) and shall not constitute a defect.
  • Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise.
  • We reserve the right to modify prices, discontinue products, or limit quantities at any time without prior notice.
  • In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel and refund the order.

4.3 Order Acceptance
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or reject any order. An order is confirmed only upon receipt of a confirmation email from us. We may cancel orders in cases of stock unavailability, payment failure, suspected fraud, or policy violations.

4.4 Intellectual Property
All content on the Korvane platform — including the brand name, logo, graphics, product designs, and text — is the intellectual property of Korvane and is protected under applicable Indian and international intellectual property laws. Unauthorised reproduction or use is strictly prohibited. Fan-art and pop-culture themed products are created for personal use and fan appreciation. Korvane respects intellectual property rights of all third-party IP holders.

4.5 User Conduct
You agree not to misuse our platform, including but not limited to: placing fraudulent orders, submitting false claims, reverse-engineering our website, or engaging in any conduct that violates applicable laws.

4.6 Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Korvane shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our platform or products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific order in question.

4.7 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Chandannagar, West Bengal, India. Consumers also retain their rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 to approach appropriate consumer forums.

4.8 Amendments
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. The updated Terms will be posted on our website with a revised 'Last Updated' date. Continued use of the platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
