1. Return & Refund Policy

At Korvane, we are committed to delivering high-quality gaming accessories and lifestyle products. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order, as it governs all purchases made on our platform.

1.1 Eligibility Window
All return and replacement requests must be raised within 3 (three) calendar days from the date of delivery of the product. Requests raised after this period will not be entertained under any circumstances.

1.2 Replacement Only — No Monetary Refunds
Korvane operates on a Replacement-Only policy. We do not offer monetary refunds. If your product is found to be damaged, defective, or significantly different from what was described, you are eligible for a free replacement of the same product, subject to availability and verification.

1.3 Mandatory Unboxing Video Requirement
⚠ A full 360-degree, uncut, unedited unboxing video is MANDATORY for all replacement claims. Without this video, your claim will be automatically rejected. No exceptions.

The unboxing video must meet ALL of the following criteria:

  • The video must begin before the package is opened, clearly showing the sealed outer packaging.
  • The entire unboxing process must be recorded in a single, continuous, unedited take with no cuts, pauses, or edits.
  • The video must clearly show all sides of the product (360-degree coverage), the condition of the packaging, and any visible damage or defect.
  • The video must be of sufficient quality and clarity to clearly verify the damage or defect claimed.
  • The video must be submitted along with your replacement request to support@korvane.in within the 3-day eligibility window.

1.4 Valid Reasons for Replacement
Replacement requests will only be considered for:

  • Product received in physically damaged condition.
  • Product is defective or non-functional upon first use.
  • Completely wrong product delivered (different from what was ordered).

1.5 Non-Eligible Cases
Replacement requests will NOT be accepted in the following situations:

  • Request raised after 3 days from the date of delivery.
  • No unboxing video provided, or video does not meet the requirements stated above.
  • Product damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or accidental damage after delivery.
  • Minor cosmetic variations in printed products (deskmats/mousepads) due to display/screen colour differences.
  • Change of mind or incorrect size/model ordered by the customer.
  • Product returned without prior approval from our support team.

1.6 How to Raise a Replacement Request
Email support@korvane.in with the subject line: Replacement Request – Order #[Your Order Number]
Include: your full name, order number, a description of the issue, photographs of the defect, and your mandatory unboxing video (as a link or attachment).
Our team will respond within 2–3 business days of receiving your request.

1.7 Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled only before they are dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. To request a cancellation, contact us immediately at support@korvane.in with your order number.
