2. Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy describes how Korvane handles order processing, dispatch, delivery timelines, and related matters for all orders placed through our platform.
2.1 Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Processing may take longer during sale periods, holidays, or in case of high order volumes.
2.2 Estimated Delivery Timeline
- Standard Delivery: Orders are generally delivered within 5–7 business days after dispatch across most serviceable pin codes in India.
- Remote/Extended Areas: Delivery to certain tier-3, remote, or hilly regions may take up to 15 business days.
- Exceptional Delays: In rare circumstances involving courier disruptions, natural calamities, public holidays, or other force majeure events, delivery may take up to 30 calendar days from the date of order placement. This is an extreme outer limit and not the norm.
2.3 Refund Eligibility for Non-Delivery
⚠ Refund requests for non-delivery will ONLY be considered after 30 full calendar days have passed from the date of order placement with NO delivery attempts made. Requests raised before 30 days are complete will not be processed.
If 30 calendar days have passed since your order date and no delivery has been attempted, you may contact us at support@korvane.in to raise a non-delivery claim. We will investigate with our logistics partners and initiate a resolution (replacement or refund) within 7 business days of the confirmed investigation outcome.
2.4 Shipping Coverage
We currently ship across India to all serviceable pin codes via trusted courier partners. International shipping is not available at this time.
2.5 Tracking Your Order
A tracking number will be shared via email or SMS once your order is dispatched. You can use this to monitor your shipment's status on the respective courier partner's website.
2.6 Failed Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners will make up to 3 delivery attempts. If delivery fails due to incorrect address, unavailability of recipient, or refusal of delivery, the package may be returned to us. In such cases, re-shipping charges will apply and must be borne by the customer.
2.7 Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if any, are displayed at checkout before order confirmation. Free shipping may be offered on select orders or during promotional periods as communicated on our website.
